End Game

On January 20, 1942, the Nazi high command convened at the Wannsee Conference in Berlin to discuss the Final Solution. Mass killings were already escalating on an unprecedented scale, but in order to fully execute the final solution, an efficient infrastructure and bureaucracy needed to be designed and constructed for the systematic  extermination of Jews across Europe.

There were two essential elements to this genocidal blueprint: the construction of concentration camps, and the willing participation of bureaucrats in the mass execution of Jews. The complicity in this genocide extended far further than the men who released the poison gas into the concentration shower rooms. It required a whole new sophisticated, bureaucratic infrastructure to facilitate the delivery of Jews to the death camps.

On July 18, 2025 The Acquisition Logistics Company was awarded a $1.26 billion contract for the construction and operation of a large immigration detention center at the Fort Bliss Logistics Company. This facility is expected to have a capacity of 5,000 beds.

In February 2025, the Geo Group was awarded a 15-year, $1 billion contract to reopen the company-owned Delaney Hall Facility in Newark, New Jersey as a ICE immigration processing center with a capacity of 1,000 beds.

The GEO Group also announced a contract modification that will allow them to reopen a prison facility in Georgia, adding 1,868 beds for migrants and generating an estimated $66 million in annual revenue.

And they’re just getting started.

That’s a lot of beds to fill. And there is a vested interest for companies like the GEO Group to fill those beds.  We already know that for ICE, due process is just a suggestion, not a principal etched into the Constitution. Corporations like the GEO Group, have stumbled upon a sure fire ATM profit model—maybe not ‘stumbled upon’, given the fact there is historic precedence of private prisons generating huge profits for its share holders.

“Generally, the GEO Group’s contracts with government entities often include minimum occupancy clauses or guaranteed minimums. This means they are paid for a certain number of beds, regardless of whether those beds are actually filled with detainees.”Stephanie Leacock, American University Law Review.

Tom Homan and his ICE SS will soon run out of brown and black people to kidnap and incarcerate.  Guess who’s next?   They are already kidnapping mothers, kids, restaurant workers, farm workers, even six year old cancer patients.

And we’ve all seen the horrific videos of children being wrestled away from their mothers during ICE raids: unmarked cars, hidden license plates, no identification, masked officers afraid to show their face, snatching people off the street, or at their place of work. It is a level of cruelty inherent in Trump’s ICE deployment. All fascist movements are borne out of of cruelty, with ICE agents goose-stepping in that cruel lockstep tradition.

Under the Trump administration, corruption, as it usually is,  operates in plain sight. The Geo Group, a detention company, helped elect Donald Trump in 2024.

Trump’s border czar, Tom Homan, the head of ICE, and Attorney General Pam Bondi, were both consultants and lobbyists for the Geo Group. The Geo Group paid  millions to help Ron Desantis re-elections since 2016. Ain’t no coincidence that Alligator Alcatraz is located in Florida, another soon to be cash cow. And by the way, reports are surfacing about the horrific conditions in the concentration camp, everything from toilets out of order overflowing with fecal waste, rainwater regularly flooding the tents, detainees held in cages inside tents with temperatures fluctuating from freezing to sweltering, rampant mosquito infestations, food unfit for humans, etc., etc.

Cruelty is always the operative word for any fascist movement.

Here’s the question: did the Trump Administration have a similar Wannsee Conference in order to discuss mass detentions on a scale never before imagined in the U.S.? And a deeper question: what is the Trump administration’s end game? We know the Germans had the their final solution target, but what is this administration’s objective with the mass arrests of citizens where it is estimated that 90% of the people being arrested have no criminal record. What is Trump’s final solution? Did the administration’s Wannsee meeting address infrastructure, logistics, and blueprints for scaling detention construction? What’s the target number for Trump’s end game? How many concentration camps will be constructed, and what is the bed count?

“The Wannsee Conference was crucial because it formalized and coordinated the “Final Solution,” leading to the establishment of extermination camps like Auschwitz, Treblinka, Sobibor, and Belzec in Poland, and the systematic deportation of Jews from across Europe to these death centers.” Holocaust Museum

I’m calling these facilities concentration camps. They don’t rise to the standard of the word prison.

Now, I’m not saying the Trump administration is planning a body count, but they keep checking off the fascism boxes piloted by Mussolini, Stalin, Franco, Orban and  Hitler: press is an enemy of the people; stacking the courts with corrupt judges; suppressing protests; suppressing free speech; offering up scapegoats; jailing opposition; rendering Congress powerless; silencing opposition from religious minorities: attacks on Muslims, Jews, LGBTQ; science denial; mass arrests in concentration camps; expanded enemies list; sabotage of the arts; a single leader as the savior—only he can save us. This is just a tip of the iceberg, with the construction of concentration camps a vital building block.

What is the end game?

And today, Trump is sending the national guard into D.C. on the pretext of crime, a community where crime is down 26%. It is the latest distraction on the Epstein files. (He sure is working hard for those files NOT to be released.)

They would’t be building so many concentration camps if they didn’t plan on filling the beds. What is Trump’s and Miller’s end game? That was what America’s Wannsee Conference was all about, the end game as scripted by Project 25 and Steven Miller.

Our country has a sordid history with incarceration, starting with our enslavement of Afro-Americans, followed by the horrific prison labor camps, an innovative new way to enslave Afro-Americans, as well as destitute whites after the Civil War. And finally our Mass Incarceration Industrial Complex of mostly people of color, ignited by the war on drugs during the late 60’s. The common denominator of these prison/slavery enterprises were profits.

“Many of the minimum occupancy clauses guarantee private prison companies over   ninety percent occupancy, or payment for ninety percent occupancy, for their facilities. One Florida prison has this  clause… “Regardless of the number of inmates incarcerated at the Facility, CONTRACTOR is guaranteed an amount equal to 90% occupancy (887 inmates) times the 90% Per Diem Rate subject to legislative appropriations.”[12And you marshaled profits by filling beds. These for profit prison companies expected local law enforcement agencies to fill the beds, otherwise they would be in breach of contract. It’s a great business model if you don’t mind exploiting our most vulnerable citizens.”

We now have ICE, Trump’s SS, tasked with a goal of three thousand detainees a day—lots of beds to fill. That was the scandal of the Prison Industrial Complex. Law Enforcement had a vested interest in filling prison beds. The administration’s Steven Miller has demanded 3000 arrests per day, and given that steep number, kids and mothers are being arrested. We are nowhere close to the final solution, but we keep checking off the boxes on our path to fascism.

In a lot of ways, convict leasing after reconstruction was more pernicious than slavery because a slave owner had a vested interest in keeping his property healthy and productive. Slaves were an asset and starving or whipping them sabotaged the plantation owners’ investments.  With contract prisons leasing, the prisoners could be mistreated, starved, wiped, brutalized, and if they died, there would be another prisoner ready to take their place. The planters relished the free labor, which in turn generated prodigious profits.

“Convict leasing was not about justice, equal treatment, or making the punishment fit the crime. Convict leasing was about profits, brutality, and racist ideas.” Page 78, Worse Than Slavery by David M. Oshinsky

When they finished arresting all the brown and black people, white people who protest, express disagreements or criticize the administration, will be next.

Hey, gotta to fill them beds.
